Gear inspection is carried out on CNC Dedicated Gear Measuring Machines (GMM).
These machines complete the analysis and inspection of the involute profile, Lead, runout, adjacent pitch and cumulative pitch in one revolution of the gear. The results are stored or printed for future traceability.
ISO,DIN and AGMA standards are all incorporated into the software to fully evaluate the gears to the specified standard.
All machines are calibrated and traceable to National and International accredited bodies.
